Ecommerce marketing agency for consumer brands that want to be chosen

We are an ecommerce marketing agency for fashion, beauty, home and lifestyle brands: product data AI assistants can read, creative for automated campaigns, marketplaces, creators and repeat purchase, measured on margin.

Context

How a brand is discovered and bought in 2026

Ecommerce marketing now means having your product present, well described and available wherever people discover, compare and buy: short video, search, an AI assistant's answer, the marketplace and your own shop.

In 2026 discovery starts with a creator's content or a question, less often with a keyword. Someone asks Google, ChatGPT or Gemini for a moisturiser for sensitive skin and gets a shortlist with reasons. They then compare price, reviews, delivery and returns across shops and marketplaces, and buy where trust is highest and friction lowest.

Our approach is built for fashion, beauty, home, lifestyle and accessories brands, from digital natives to luxury labels: Spanish and Balearic brands growing into Germany, the wider EU and the UK, and international brands entering Spain. We work from Palma de Mallorca, natively in English and Spanish; the shop build sits with our ecommerce service.

In depth

AI assistants in the buying journey

AI assistants already shape what people buy, above all when comparing: they summarise options, explain differences and cut the list to a few brands. To make that list, your catalogue must be machine-readable, consistent across channels and open to their crawlers. In Spain, as of October 2026, the purchase still completes on the seller's site: your shop or a marketplace.

Google needs no tricks. Its AI search guide says a page only needs to be indexed and snippet-eligible, and that Merchant Center feeds help products appear in AI responses as well as classic results. A complete, current feed (attributes, price, availability, delivery, returns) is now visibility work, not just advertising.

Beyond Google, ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity run their own crawlers. We check that neither your robots.txt nor your CDN blocks them unnoticed (since 1 July 2025, Cloudflare has blocked known AI crawlers by default and asks new domains to choose) and that product pages give assistants enough detail to recommend you. Nobody can guarantee a mention; GEO is the work of earning and measuring one.

Next come agents that buy on the customer's behalf. Google's Universal Commerce Protocol (UCP) allows checkout inside AI Mode, but only with eligible US retailers; since OpenAI retired Instant Checkout in 2026, ChatGPT hands payment to the merchant's site; and in Europe agent-initiated purchases are at pilot stage. We offer readiness, not an agentic checkout that does not exist here yet: see agent-ready commerce and our agentic commerce guide.

  • A complete, error-free Merchant Center feed per country and language.
  • Structured data with price, stock, delivery and returns.
  • AI crawler access checked in robots.txt and at the CDN.

Creative that feeds automated campaigns

In paid media, creative is now the main lever a brand controls. Meta, Google and TikTok have automated much of targeting, placements and budget, so the algorithm decides who sees each ad from what it is given: varied assets, reliable conversion signals and a tidy catalogue.

On Meta, Advantage+ sales campaigns automate audience, placements and budget by default. On Google, Performance Max has offered more control since 2025: negative keywords, a search terms report, channel reporting and brand exclusions. On TikTok, Smart+ lets you choose, module by module, what stays automated.

What sets a brand apart is its creative system: variations of message, format and face, refreshed before they wear out. Our AI creative studio combines real production with assisted generation, always reviewed by people, and paid social turns every test into a lesson. Creators add what a brand cannot say about itself; we run them as a media channel, with disclosed advertising, through creators and UGC.

Marketplaces, retail media and social commerce

Your own shop and marketplaces do different jobs. The shop gives you margin, data and the customer relationship; the marketplace brings reach and trust, in exchange for fees and less control. The question is which products, markets and prices go to each channel, with the same product information in all of them.

Retail media, advertising inside marketplaces and retailers' websites, is among the fastest-growing budgets in Spain and Europe. It reaches shoppers as they decide, but only pays off with complete listings, stock and genuine reviews, and should be judged on the sales it adds. We run it through marketplaces and retail media, starting with Amazon.

Social commerce shortens the path from video to purchase. TikTok Shop launched in Spain in December 2024, its first market in continental Europe, and brings content, creators and shop together on one platform. It suits visual, accessibly priced products; for luxury, video builds desire more than it closes sales.

Measuring by margin, customer and market

Good ecommerce measurement answers three questions: how much margin each order leaves after advertising, discounts, shipping and returns; how many customers are new and how many return; and which channel added sales that would not have come anyway. Each platform's ROAS is useful but partial: every platform credits itself.

The foundation is technical: tags set up with Consent Mode v2, events also sent server-side to Google and Meta, and the shop's actual orders as reference. Consent leaves gaps, which we explain rather than hide; see analytics and tracking.

On that base we compare markets and languages separately and use incrementality tests or marketing measurement models when spend justifies it. AI visibility is measured too: Search Console's generative AI reports, available to all sites since late August 2026, show impressions, not clicks.

Industry challenges

The challenges of marketing a consumer brand

  1. Rented growth

When everything depends on paid ads, every new sale has to be bought again, and margin drains away.

  2. Algorithms with fewer levers

Platforms decide audience, placement and budget. The edge lies in creative, catalogue and signal quality.

  3. Products AI cannot see

If the feed has errors or product pages say little, assistants recommend another brand or misdescribe yours.

  4. Marketplaces: reach versus margin

They bring volume and trust, but charge fees, limit customer data and place you beside competitors.

  5. Several markets and languages

Selling in Germany, the UK or France takes native copy, feeds per country, clear delivery and dedicated campaigns.

  6. Seasonal peaks

Sales periods, Black Friday or Christmas concentrate demand. Stock, creative and messaging need preparing weeks ahead.

Key channels

The channels where a purchase is decided

Six surfaces where a brand is discovered, compared and bought again.

  1. Google: Search, Shopping and AI

Organic results, product listings, AI Overviews and AI Mode. As of October 2026, Shopping and Performance Max ads in Spain can show above or below AI Overviews, not inside.

  2. AI assistants

ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Perplexity and Claude compare and recommend products. Since August 2026, ChatGPT has shown contextual ads in Spain on its Free and Go plans.

  3. Video and social media

Instagram, TikTok and YouTube are where desire begins, through content, creators and automated campaigns.

  4. Marketplaces and retail media

Amazon and retailers' sites capture searches with purchase intent. Listing, reviews and advertising decide who gets seen.

  5. Social shops

TikTok Shop, in Spain since December 2024, and Instagram's shopping features bring content closer to the sale.

  6. Email, SMS and WhatsApp

Your owned channel to welcome customers, recover baskets and update on orders. With consent and marketing automation, it sustains repeat purchase without relying on ads.

Action plan

Our playbook for consumer brands and ecommerce

Six workstreams, combined to fit your catalogue, markets and growth stage.

  1. A shop that converts

Clear product pages, fast mobile navigation, an accessible checkout, and delivery and returns explained before payment.

  2. A catalogue ready for AI and agents

Merchant Center feed, structured data, machine-readable policies and crawler access, so assistants and agents understand what you sell.

  3. Marketplaces and retail media

Optimised listings and advertising on Amazon and retailers, with pricing and range rules that protect your own shop.

  4. A continuous creative system

Photography, video and AI-generated variations reviewed by people, organised by product, argument and format.

  5. Creators and social commerce

Data-led creator selection, UGC with usage rights for ads, and TikTok Shop set up where it fits.

  6. Paid social by market

Advantage+ on Meta and Smart+ on TikTok by country and language, with reliable signals and creative tests read on margin.

Customer journey

The buying journey, step by step

Each stage raises a different question. The plan covers all five.

  1. Phase 01 / 05

    Discovery

A video, a creator or an assistant's answer introduces the brand, with a product worth remembering.

  2. Phase 02 / 05

    Comparison

Shoppers check price, reviews and delivery times in search, on marketplaces and with AI. The information must match.

  3. Phase 03 / 05

    Purchase

A product page that settles doubts, costs visible from the outset and fast, accessible payment on mobile.

  4. Phase 04 / 05

    Delivery and aftercare

Order tracking, simple returns and quick support, human or AI-assisted. The second purchase is decided here.

  5. Phase 05 / 05

    Repeat purchase and referral

Email and messaging with consent, timely replenishment and a review request to genuine buyers.

Key services

The services that move the needle

Regulation

Rules that shape marketing for an online shop

Applied by default in this sector; not a substitute for legal advice.

  1. Ecommerce accessibility

Spain's Law 11/2023, which transposes the European Accessibility Act, has required accessible consumer ecommerce since 28 June 2025. Service micro-enterprises (fewer than 10 staff and turnover or balance sheet up to €2 million) are exempt. We design to WCAG and EN 301 549.

  2. Environmental claims

Directive (EU) 2024/825, applicable from 27 September 2026, bans generic claims such as 'eco' or 'sustainable' without recognised excellent environmental performance, and carbon-neutral claims based on offsetting. Spain had not completed transposition by September 2026; to be safe, we use only specific, demonstrable claims.

  3. Creators and identifiable advertising

Spain's influencer advertising code (AUTOCONTROL, AEA and IAB Spain), in the version applicable since 1 October 2025, asks for ads to be identifiable from the start and makes brands and agencies share responsibility. Royal Decree 444/2024 adds duties for the highest-reach creators.

  4. Cookies, email and messaging

No analytics or advertising cookies before consent, and rejecting as easy as accepting (AEPD guide). Commercial email and SMS need prior consent or a customer relationship about similar products, with a simple opt-out in every message (LSSI).

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What does an ecommerce marketing agency do?

Everything that takes someone from discovery to repeat purchase: product data and visibility in search and AI assistants, creative and advertising, marketplaces, creators, shop conversion, email and margin-based measurement, prioritised by impact.

How do I get my products into AI answers?

No payment or formula guarantees it. What helps is a complete Merchant Center feed, indexable product pages with first-hand detail, structured data, genuine reviews and open access for AI crawlers. See how to appear in ChatGPT.

Can people already buy directly through an AI assistant?

In Spain, as of October 2026, not yet in general. Checkout inside Google's AI works with US retailers, ChatGPT sends the purchase to the merchant's site, and in Europe agents are at pilot stage. Recommendation already happens.

Is TikTok Shop worth it in Spain?

For visual, accessibly priced products that are easy to grasp in a video, it is worth testing: it has operated in Spain since December 2024. It demands constant content, creators and logistics. For luxury it works better for discovery.

Does my online shop have to be accessible?

If you sell to consumers in Spain and are not a micro-enterprise, yes: Law 11/2023 has required it since 28 June 2025; your legal adviser can confirm your case. An accessible shop is also easier for search engines and AI agents to read; see UX/UI and accessibility.

Do you work as a DTC marketing agency for brands outside Spain?

Yes. From Palma de Mallorca we serve Spanish brands selling into Germany, the wider EU or the UK, and international brands that need ecommerce marketing in Spain. Other languages, such as German, are planned with international SEO.
