Digital marketing agency work is not a regulated profession in Spain: it requires neither membership of a professional body nor prior administrative authorisation. If the owner signs up to a code of conduct in the future, it will be listed here.

The site does not publish prices. Every service is quoted individually and in writing, with applicable taxes shown separately, after a diagnosis of the project.

This site presents SERMAN's services as a digital marketing agency and makes it easy to contact the team. It is not an online shop: no service is contracted or paid for through it, and any professional engagement is set out in a specific proposal and contract, which take precedence over this notice on everything they cover.
